Hot-plate surface is treated with grinding,hard chrome plated roller is optional.

 

Pressure type: pressure- -roller, touch-plate, airbag chain plate.

 

The upper conveyer belt adopts pneumatic straining, automatic deflection-correction;  the lower conveyer belt adopts manual deflection- -correction, the auto deflection- -correction is optional.

 

The binding part adopts steam heating, pressure part hydraulic lifting up & lowering down integrally, it can be configured with piecewise pressured to make sure the proper pressure while cardboard binding and forming, avoid cardboard warping.

 

The hot-plate quantity can be set as per the speed and layer quantity of production line;

 

The upper conveyer belt can be provided with auto- -clean system.
