The single cutter is designed to slit and cut the fixed-length single-side corrugated cardboard which is characterized by the advantages of short order change period, high slitting and cutting precision, fast working speed and low cardboard wastage during order change, suitable for high-end color print packing.
It adopts the PLC touch screen to help the operator fully understand the production status. Also it adopts the variable-frequency speed reduction motor to reduce the failure rate caused by abrasion during speed reduction.
The computer can store multi-group orders. Also it adopts the separate man-machine interface and 7’’ colorful touch screen for display.
It adopts the high organic variable-frequency motor and advanced servo driver.
It adopts the high speed steel platen blade with high hardness and long service life. The precised adjustable seamless gear can make sure of exact meshing of blade edges, high cut quality, excellent straightness to protect the blade.
It is suitable for color printing factories for high efficiency production.
