4 color printer die cutter machine

Auto Lead edge feed paper unit :

(1)    Auto Lead edge feed paper ,  frequency changeable to adjust the speed of feeding paper.

(2)    Air amount be able to adjustment ,increasing the stability and accuracy when feed thin paperboard and bend paperboard 
(3)   Protection sheet in both left and right ,guide the direction unit, feed paperboard stably and accurately.

(4)   Clutch , pneumatic-lock, safe and reliable .
(5)   Upper feed paper roller adopt seamless steel tube, covered with Abrasion resistant rubber, also make correction of balance.
(6)   Down feed paper roller adopt seamless steel tube, Embossing hard chrome plating, making correction of balance.
(7)   The gap between the paper feed rollers adjust by worm and gear ,adjustment range:0-12mm. adopt slider mechanism to insure the drive gear to engaged always .

(8)    Computer adjustment unit : the screen of compute of feed paper unit adopt touch screen human-machine interface.

Pinter unit  

(1)    Printer roller

The material is steel sheet, surface Grinding, hard chrome plated.

 Correction the balance , operation steadily.

Adopt pawl shape hanging version , fast and easy , reduce failed printing sample and the number of bad printer paper .

 (2)    printer impression roller

The material is steel sheet, surface Grinding, hard chrome plated.

 Correction the balance , operation steadily.

 printer press roller and printer roller showed by dial, adjust by hand ,adjustment range 0-12mm, adopt rolled plate unit, drive gear engaged always.

Steel surface using advanced hard chrome plating process, hard, smooth, wear-resistant.

When feeder with pneumatic lift net roller to prevent duplication inked plate and short downtime, network roll hole in the ink dry.

(3)Rubber roller (optional 80% natural rubber high temperature refining, origin dongguang)

Seamless steel surface wear rubber wrapped by balance correction.

High special rubber roller grinding, good ink transfer effect.

Cots with overload device, can significantly extend the life of rubber roller.

(4)upper and lower feeding paper roller

Upper roller: with left and right adjustable feed roller

Lower  roller :seamless, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

Gap between the upper and lower feed rollers dial display, worm adjustment, the adjustment range 0-12mm, using the rocker panels connected, always adjusting the transmission gear teeth together to ensure the correct center distance.

LCL : Normal package is wooden box (size : L×W×H). Wooden box will be fumigated . We use strong export stander wooden box pack all machine ,in this case ,machine can be protected very well.

FCL : Machine is to heavy or big , we can choose full container loading . we use PE Film packing then loading to container .

 Others : According to customer’s special request .

Q: where is your factory ? How can I visit there ?

A: our factory is located in Dong guang County ,Cang Zhou city , He bei province ,China . It is 2 hours from JINAN international airport by car and 1 hour from Cang Zhou high-speed train station.

Q: what is the payment terms ?

A: (1) TT, 30% as deposit, 70% balance before loading

  (2)100% irrevocable L/C at sight . 

Q: How about after-sales service process? Can I get spare part easily?

A:when problem occur when machine running , contact our sale manger at once, we will solve problem as soon as possible .we will follow below 3 items.

1. Small parts send by DHL at the top speed. (like thin blade, PLC etc) 

2. Middle parts by air at the top speed. (like cut off knife)

3. Big parts by ship at the top speed. (like corrugated roll)
